I know a lot of people who cook everyday, and who are always coming up with incredible recipes and ideas. I also know that many of us subscribe to the same magazines, own the same cookbooks, and yet we never communicate what we're actually making and when it succeeds and when it flops.
I'm also a big believer in home food production. I make a lot at home from as scratch as I can get without having a great garden: our breads, yogurt, desserts, broths/stocks, and all dinners. So, I'm in the kitchen a lot, and I go through a lot of recipes. I would like to share my favorite ones and hope that you will too.
